Bowen National Research has been retained by the Wood County Development Authority and the Parkersburg-Wood County Area Development Corporation to conduct a Housing Needs Assessment (HNA) of Wood County, West Virginia. As part of this assignment, a survey is being conducted to obtain residents’ and commuters’ perspectives on the housing needs of the county and their current housing situations. Your participation is essential to paint an accurate picture of the housing challenges and opportunities in Wood County. All responses will remain confidential, and only aggregate results (your responses combined with others) will be used.
